YDC's Baby Ballerinas classes were formed in 2007 by Miss Lorraine, Principal of Yelo Dance Company.

 

Having specialised in teaching dance to Pre-school children, in different settings, Miss Lorraine wanted to offer Pre-school dance classes to children in the community.

Classes have been run from various venues in Croydon and surrounding areas.

 

The classes are relaxed, fun enabling children to be part of regular, enjoyable dance classes.

Our Baby Ballerinas classes are designed for the enjoyment of children aged 2-4 years. Using the IDTA ballet syllabus, classes are structured and fun, and creative and teach your child the the basics needed for ballet class.

 

Our Baby Ballerinas are soon able to stand in 1st position, stretch their toes, and dance with poise and grace. Children are able to progress to take IDTA ballet rosettes and grade examinations.

 

This is such a fun class, and a great starting point for Pre-School girls and boys who love to dance. Watch their confidence grow!
